I do feel that way sometimes when I am out with my wife. I figure it is fair as she was an active duty wife during 8+ years of my active duty life. She raised 3 kids with me mostly not around so I put up with routine sh#t when I am.

Sharing responsibility is the only thing married life is about. She was responsible for loading him up and driving, he was responsible for not dropping stuff. Neither is right or wrong, and stuff got done. If you think something is wrong here then I doubt your marriage will survive (if you can get married).
