It is quite a normal reaction for a well ytrained dog not to fly directly into food. It is not disappointment you see, it is obediance. These are animals, not humans, try to think that way.

I agree these are not reactions of disappointment (not that most people know what it looks like, honestly) these dogs are all looking for permission to eat the extra treats. See, the game is find what they were shown, now they want what was hidden. It is exactly the same for humans because we are animals too.
