No, more likely oiled cloth.
After 24 hours you burn the Plastic Away and it is "drying" normal.
How would you "burn" the plastic away? With a blowtorch? Doesn't that release a lot of noxious fumes?
after it hardes, you just pick it up, remove plastic foil and put it down... without blowtorch
I did that in my garden and yes, there are some fumes but it is marginal and if you use a long handle and look from where the wind comes you are safe.
It is DEFINITLY cheaper than cobble stone with roughly the same look.
