Woodrow, I would hazard a guess that is the amount of alcohol to gasoline demonstrator. So where the clear liquid ends at 90% and the yellow finishes up, that would be the equivalent of E90 gasoline. It is a gyp though as Alcohol is nowhere near as energy dense as actual gasoline.
