#2 - looks like he has bigger issues than the flashing - looks like it pulled away because the roof below has rotten/broken rafter(s). That’s a major repair - $500 won’t even come close to getting that fixed properly.

#27 - worst advice ever LOL. This person will never be able to get it back to its original state obviously because a machine weaved it when it was manufactured - best you can do is trim it down a bit and put some PVC glue on it to keep it from fraying. Assuming this is on some sort of outdoor canvas.

"There is normally a weight at the back of the sink that is attached to the other end of the hose, it’s likely that this has become hitched onto something, you should be able to dislodge it and pull the sprayer back up."
