The Y chromosome is named arbitrarily, and not because it looks like a Y. All chromosomes look like Xs. In most birds and some reptiles, their sex chromosomes are labeled W and Z, and not because they look like that, but just to distinguish them.

These two are idiots turning the miracle of life into a competition for dominance and point scoring and both need to be slapped hard and reminded that out of this comes baby that needs love and nurture over point scoring.
