"Recycle" means nothing when there is no garbage pickup. Culture is what people do and even the Westcoast of the US is guilty of sending their "recycling" to China landfills, until China rejected it over a decade ago... and the US just dumps all "recycling" into local landfills. I can wait for pyrolsis to become a reality for complete and real recycling of all products.
