Hmm... 'incel' is now a term that has been adopted as a moniker by a subset of individuals, who - for various reasons - believe they are involuntarily celibate, which may or may-not be accurate. As such, indicating that someone is an 'incel' means they belong to the group, while using the expanded form of involuntarily celibate would be an assumption of an individuals sexual activity.
