It's just basic road laying... there gonna do the exact same thing to mine this summer, and i doubt the equipment is any better. I mean the gear they wear is not the required gear in my hometown, but steel toed boots and rain gear is standard for Alaska.

India, not Africa, but also used in Africa. And most other popular continents.

In the pointy part of Africa, at the bottom, they know about HSE and wear safety equipment.
