That's nothing, it's a medium dog with high energy, built for weather under 65 degrees, and highly competitive. If fed anything but a high protein (30٪+) diet they become hugely overweight with all those other issues. I know an Indian family that keeps their house at 75-80 f, and theirs keeps puking from the heat.
