#9 Actually, the dumbing down and dismantling of fundamental public education in the last 30 years, which caused nationwide academic ineptitude, thus creating an intellectually inferior and unhireable populace, which drove people to homelessness is what the REAL "greatest evil" in the US is.
With a Billion dollars, I would create an army of highly trained mercenaries and make it all legal by pretending to be a grievance-culture based group of victims like BLM but waaaaaay smarter and infinitely tougher.

considering I live in one of the poorest countries of Latin America I would keep like 2 million and live like a king of the interest and use the rest to build myself a pyramid worthy of a pharo.
