There lies a deep satisfaction and great calmness in knowing what your body is capable of. Just knowing it is enough.
Most people are not willing to put in the work needed, to explore their full potential. They do not understand, why they should run up a hill 100 times. It's to figure out if you could run up that mountain. Ultimately simply to figure out, what you can and what you can't do physically in life. I think it's an important question, that everyone should answer for themselves at some point in life.
