#10 The answer is yes. Anyone who has visited another country that drives on the other side to what they're used to will know that they are often bumping into people as they tend to dodge in the opposite direction too.

#3 this is because humans and all animals could adapt to natur as their environment (evolution). But the change that modern civilisation brings, happens to fast to adapt properly. But not to confuse back then they suffered, too. Hunger, illness and so on. This is just my opinion, don't take it for a fact.

#10 yes totally, just go on vacation where many english people are and you're gonna have a hell of a time bumping into them...
"If there ever is an actual apocalypse billionaires will likely be unable to access their bunker compounds as the security/janitors/maintenance crews will already have moved their friends and family in and would probably deny them entry."
