I'm surprised my avatar isn't depicted here. Christoph Waltz was a pretty convincing sadist in "Inglourious Basterds."

#12 Leo got so upset by the character he portrayed, that once after a particularly brutal scene he had to stop and break character and apologize for the hateful words, and Sam Jackson was like totally into it and told him not to be a pussy and he was doing great.

From the movie I just watched - the lady pulling the crib up the stairs in The Untouchables. I absolutely despised her lack of any kind of urgency.
Miss Trunchbull – Matilda (Pam Ferris)
"Ahhh! School is a drag, but Trunchbull makes it a living hell. This disciplinarian (and former Olympic shot putter and hammer/javelin thrower) runs Crunchem Hall Primary like Guantanamo, hammer-throwing a student several hundred feet by the pigtails. She also forces a kid to eat a massive chocolate cake in front of the whole school (which sounds kind of fun, but Trunchbull makes it scary). Like all bullies, she gets hers in the end, fleeing in terror from Matilda’s telekinesis, but we love to hate her in the interim."
