I'm 65yo; lifetime of disabling health problems; two spine surgeries; and more. My most recent hike was 33 miles (53km) with 5500ft (1676m) of total elevation; my pack started at 20lbs (9kg). It took almost 13 hours; it included a (very) close encounter with a coiled and aggravated rattlesnake. ...A guy playing a 3-lb guitar for an hour or two a couple times a week does not impress me at all.
