It appears to be one of those screens where they are asking for a tip or donation, but there is no option to skip it or say no.
Looks like a regular ATM to me though. I'm not tipping no bloody ATM
If this is an ATM all I can think is that the lowest minimum withdraw (500) may be higher than some people's available balance.
well, 500 rupees is about 5,30 euros so I guess not.
It's just an ATM to withdrawal funds in Indian Rupees.
