This is great for people with shorter legs that want to get out and ride or commute. Fantastic idea for the right audience

Actually the quad and tri wheel scooters common in Europe have a similar function in their tires that allow you to stay upright when stopped instead of putting your leg down. Considering those scooters are $10K+, This as an add on might be a cost effective alternative

Since my 2 broken legs, I don't ride my Road King any more for fear of not being able to keep it on two wheels. My DR. has given me permission to ride, but I don't feel like it's safe for other people, and if I lay the bike down, I'd need help getting it back up. Currently looking for a Trike, but this could work.... And I'm only 60.
