What's not to believe? A Seagull flying by, accidentally drops a clam shell onto a car driving on a coastal road. Probably a daily occurrence in that region.

Burt, in fact, they regularly drop them on purpose to smash them open and get to the yummy stuff inside. Rocks or road, makes no difference to them...any hard surface will do.

Well, I live with Bald eagles, and they accidentally drop salmon carcasses on cars and people all the time.
