It's a great idea. But, with at least two fatal flaws unfortunately. 1) When you stop 'humping' it, it will irretrievably sink - it was about to when the clip ended. It needs floatation devices like children's water wings wrapped around the tubes of the frame. 2) Even if it did float, when fatigue sets in and are forced to stop humping it, it will be exceedingly awkward to swim that to shore. Much less, hoisting that big thing onto a pier.
