Dony, This is a potentially confusing situation with English, but it should be 'Goose Parade'. In English, we would say 'today I saw Goose Parade'. However, we would also say 'today I saw a parade of geese'. Similar, yes; but I believe those specific usages are universal in English-speaking countries.

We would definitely not say 'today I saw a geese parade' or 'today I saw a parade of goose'.
