On Thursday, New Zealand's Parliament began voting on a bill aimed at rethinking the principles of the treaty that has governed relations with the Māori since 1840. This initiative essentially undermines their rights and has sparked protests both publicly and behind the scenes.

They are challenging the mini-Trump right wing idiot with the red tie. He us the author of the changes that Maori are upset with regarding treaty changes.
And a cultural display, not animalistic behaviour.
Animalistic behaviour is reserved for US citizens storming govt buildings, led on by a now convicted felon, in the name of a supernatural entity.

The NZ parliament paused debate on the bill and voted to suspend MP Hana-Rawhiti Maipi-Clarke owing to unbecoming and disrespectful behaviour, inappropriate to the house. Democracy prevailed over outmoded attempts to intimidate the people's representatives. Try that on with the Te Kaunihera Maori o Aoteaora and see how far you get.
