Why does it not include a cellphone antennae, sometimes that's all it is needed to get reception.

Great idea, SHITTY execution. The mylar balloon is worth .50 cents, the helium bottle $20, and reflective paint $3, string maybe a $1. Add a glowstick for another .05 cents and you are set.
