"Yeah it’s most likely unintentional but man what a great photo. Twins born in October and the older on without oxygen spent 4 weeks in the NICU and his brother spent 9. He came home the week before Christmas so we were able to be all together. My wife caught this while I was at work. Just made me think he’s watching out for his little brother already."
