#9 To be honest, if you don't say what time to deliver to make sure they are home... this is all a delivery person can do. You don't pay for them to stand around for hours and wait, you pay for delivery .
“Hit a patch of ice and swerved into a barrier, bounced off, and slid into a concrete block three minutes from my house. The city was nice enough to tow my car home.”
