Wilbur, No educated linguist I've ever met has said anything positive about so-called grammar nazis. In fact, they have hated grammar pedants without exception. You are obsessed with your dialect, and what you learned in high school. You ignore the fact that you didn't get 100% correct on every test you ever took, which means you're using grammar which is 'wrong'. You also ignore the fact that your teachers and parents also didn't have a lifetime of perfect test scores, so they taught you incorrect conventions - which means that even the things you think are 'correct' are not correct. For example: there are people in the world who would criticize your use of 'you' instead of 'one'.
Grammar nazis think the world should speak the way you do. You are, almost universally, narcissists and jingoists.
Also, this is not a legal document, scientific paper, or some other crucial piece of writing: who cares about their grammar? Expecting 'perfect grammar' (which doesn't exist) in a situation such as this is like wearing a tux to go grocery shopping. Get real; get appropriate; you are out of touch.
Besides, other than what looks to be a typo (ie and), it's pretty well written, in conventional terms.
