"I love Rogue as a character. Anna Paquin did not deliver as Rogue. And I do understand that the film featured Rogue at a particularly traumatic time in her life but man… it was still a struggle because did the writing for the character give her reason to be sad and crying and afraid? Yes. But also did I have to grit my teeth to watch her? Yes"
