To be clear: some days earlier than this 2016-09-14 was another Spanish train derailed, 4 dead, 50 injured.
probably not the 1st time, his HR planned for him a overtime.
And he always had to decide: Should I do my job with enthusiasm or should I stay legal and stop in Osorno ?
The train company can't punish him, his working time is legally limited.
So, his HR - or the planning will be punished.

Eloise, I'm guessing this is a complaint about grammar and/or punctuation. Good. Let''s have a look, shall we? First, of course, is your painfully unnecessary use of cap locks. This is akin to shouting in a library. We can hear you, stentor. Second, your misguided use of 'like' when you mean 'as if' is indicative of a poor upbringing. Third, this is a casual situation; conventional grammar and punctuation are not necessary here, and except in rare cases, would not add anything to the experience. My suggestion to you is to go take some linguistics classes and learn what you're talking about, rather than bitch about something on which you are incorrect and annoying.
