I reacted to that the driver was seen to be at fault, not the train company whose responsibility was to get a new driver
To be clear: some days earlier than this 2016-09-14 was another Spanish train derailed, 4 dead, 50 injured.
probably not the 1st time, his HR planned for him a overtime.
And he always had to decide: Should I do my job with enthusiasm or should I stay legal and stop in Osorno ?
The train company can't punish him, his working time is legally limited.
So, his HR - or the planning will be punished.
