ISS orbits the Earth, Moron.
Nobody said the ISS is near the Sun, it's just "transiting the sun". As in: it orbits the Earth and it passes between the observer (the Earth) and the Sun, traversing its area (transiting).
OMG, look at the pic, look how large ISS looks in the pick. Look how large the sun appears to be in the pic. Both are in focus in the pic, but only one could be in a real pic since lenses can't focus at all distances at the same time. Bunch of morons.
