It's Max Richter - the blue notebooks
Max Richter is my favorite contemporary composer. The first time I heard 'On The Nature Of Daylight' I was completely enraptured. It's soul replenishingly beautiful.
Yeah, I really like him too - I like that piece because it has this subtle and whimsical narration from Tilda Swinton on it. Another more modern piece I listen to is Henrick Gorecki - symphony 3. You may know it of course. The lead singer from Portishead sang on a version but it didn't quite hit the spot. I'm always on the lookout for other recommendations if you have???
