In an interview with Conan O’Brien, Bell confessed, “I’m very frugal,” she told O’Brien. “I use a lot of coupons. The best coupon you can get, possibly in the world, is a Bed Bath & Beyond coupon.”

Blah Blah Blah - must be nice to have everything and not have to worry about paying bills or putting food down for the kids. With money you can have nirvana.

People don't seem to understand that if you have enough resources to not have to worry about the weather, food and other basic needs more money does not make things inherently superior or meaningful.
Also not chasing/putting effort into status/signaling for people with already high status is almost a given. I am surprised that more celebs arnt doing "poor people things".
