Because some random algorithm just grabs "whatever" and posts it on the title page, you get posts from more than ten years and older, that no sane person would post today. It is what it is.
Rather than asking "why would something post that", we should all ask ourselves "why should we put up with whatever Izismile has become?" and simply move on. That would be the right thing to do.
