Have you ever seen deadly caterpillars? They do exist in South America. Lonomia obliqua is one of the world’s most dangerous caterpillars. It is responsible for several deaths each year.
Lonomia enjoys hiding on the trees’ bark. If you lean against a tree in Brazil or other South American country where Lonomia lives, you might be poisoned by these caterpillars.
Their poison can cause serious bleeding, hemolysis and even death.
You can see the consequences of meeting with Lonomia inside this post.

Animals are always cute no matter what they do. But this collection of dog fails is just so funny that I can’t stop laughing. Enjoy!

This story started in Afghanistan and ended in the USA. Two U.S. marines found cute kitties while they were serving in South-Central Asia. People and cats became great friends, and now both animals live in America with their owners. Kitten named Kiki has moved to Houston, Texas. The other one named KeyKey lives in Detroit, Michigan. Isn’t this story cute?

Cats don’t like water generally and it is easy to see the discontent on their funny faces ;)

Such a snake temple is situated in Penang, Malaysia. You can find there many kinds of snakes and the majority of them are deadly. But it doesn’t stop people to come there as it seems that snakes don’t mind the presence of humans. The local legend says that the temple was built by a monk who gave shelter to several snakes first; then, snakes just kept coming over there.
Would you like to go there? I know for sure that I’ll never go there ;)

White sharks were spotted attacking seals while jumping. These incredible shots were made near the shore of Cape Town, South Africa.
Just take a look at these photos.

The dogs in these photos may just be dogs but they sure look like wild animals. I am sure that they are friendly, but at first glance you have to wonder if they are a cross between a dog and a wild animal ;)
However, they are amazing looking dogs.

How many dogs can live in a dog favela? Well, according to the photos in this post about 1600 (and some 200 cats). This one in the city of Caxias do Sul in Brazil is very humane and takes dogs in off the street to care for them. It is underfunded but they do the best they can and the dogs seem happy.

A pangolin is a very cute mammal which resembles a little an armadillo and can roll up into a ball as well. They have large keratin scales covering their skin and are the only mammals with this adaptation.
The name "pangolin" derives from the Malay word pengguling which means "something that rolls up".
Aren’t they cute?

We once had a video with a fish with a human face, which is freaky enough.
And these are fishes which have human-like expressions on their faces. For the most part, they are funny but some of them are really disturbing…

As can be seen in these photos, it seems everywhere you look in this town there are bears. These bears seem to be naturally inquisitive and are usually in to everything. It would appear that these bears have managed to stay out of trouble.. so far.

Some dogs get to go to the store or on a walk with their owners. At least that is what they are probably thinking when they leave home. However, the dog in these photos was in for the surprise of his life. We don’t think he liked it very much either, but, he is a military dog and it is his job whether he likes it or not.

Like humans, cats celebrate their birthdays in many ways! So let’s see in pictures how these kitty birthdays happen…

And by ‘it’ I mean love making, of course ;)
How do snakes make love? Have you ever thought about it?
Well, here’s the answer in pictures :)

Have you ever seen two animals being in love? I have. But they were animals of the same species. This case is special and unique. 3-year-old giraffe Bea and ostrich Wilma are always together. They live in Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay. And it seems to me that they don’t need anybody else to be happy.
