Some time ago we posted the story about little kitten that was saved by one woman in Shanghai who brought him to her country.

This time the story takes place in Russia. One couple got this little kitty from the streets “all bruised, half-dead with plenty of fleas.” 

Quiet working time of employees of the National Museum of American Indian was interrupted by a mother-duck, “traveling” in the streets with her 13 ducklings. The employees didn’t remain indifferent. When the mother came to the National Air and Space Museum, a guard gathered her kids in a bucket and carried them to the nearby pond, and the mother walked near him quacking angrily.

These strange sea species were found in Greenland waters. All the fish in the pictures look scary, and I will never go swimming in that region :)

Some photos of these dogs are very hilarious. Pay attention at the smile, it’s especially… mmm… cute? charming? And all the emotions are just amazing :)

An interesting BeetleCam project created by two brothers from the UK has helped them to take wonderful pictures of wild elephants, lions and other animals in Tanzania. Brothers Matthew and Williams Burrard-Lucas spent two weeks in savannah letting their camera roll on its wheels closer to the animals to make the best shots. They operated their device from a distance sitting in their car nearby. Elephants were ok with the moving “enemy”, but lions crushed the camera and threw it away. Luckily, it was possible to restore the memory card and make these photos available. Enjoy!

Cats are funny animals especially when they are startled or distracted by some invisible objects. These are the best moments that I really love!

This “Garfield” cat’s name is Cecil. This is the funniest cat I have ever seen. It will always find a way to relax :)

This smart monkey found a way to trick people and steel their bag. It’s the first time I come across baboons who are purse thieves :)

Here’s a little selection of animals who know how to hold a brush and do some abstract art.
Most of them are trained, of course, but some of them felt an artist inside them, took the brush and started to create their own artworks.
Like this dog Sammy who lives with his owner in Maryland. His owner said that Sammy started to paint after his owner attached a brush to his rubber bone. Recently some of his works were sold for $1,700. Not bad for a dog, huh? ;)

One man came home from work and found this mess. It was left by his dog that didn’t like to stay alone at home. Mess itself wasn’t a shock, but the dog itself looked really unusual :)

I have always wondered how two headed animals figure out which head is the boss? These two headed snakes can be rarely met in nature, but they are displayed in zoos and private collections. It doesn’t matter which head eats, because two headed snakes share one body. But it’s funny to see both heads being fed and it’s interesting to watch such a snake moving. Both heads can’t decide which direction is the best for the body :)

Pera is the name of a rooster who was born all alone and never had any company. However, one day he found a small white chicken to walk with. They soon become inseparable. Together they walked through the beautiful gardens. It would appear that they are truly lovebirds, as they gaze longingly at each other.

38 year old photographer Hannes Lochner, from Cape Town South Africa, has been observing wildlife in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park for the last 2 ½ years. His remarkable photographs have now been published in a new book titled "Colours of the Kalahari." As with most wildlife photographers, Hannes often had to go the extra mile to get the best photo. Having temperatures as high as 40 C during the day and below freezing at night, Hannes had to brave extreme conditions to get the right shot.

This dog is waiting for its master. I am shocked. I haven’t seen anything like this before!!!

This is what you get when you make a picture of zoo animals at the right place in the right time. Have a little patience – and you’ll capture funny and truly amazing moments that will make you smile every time you look at the pictures.

This 20-foot python was caught from Lake Evans in Riverside County.
If I was swimming in the lake and saw this thing swimming near me, I would definitely shit bricks.
