Romanian photographer Mihaela Noroc quit her job in 2013 to travel around the world visiting different countries and take photos of local women there. She's been to 50 countries in total on all continents and snapped pictures of hundreds of women to create her project "Atlas of Beauty." "More than ever, I think our world needs an Atlas of Beauty to show that diversity is something beautiful, not a reason for conflict," explained the photographer.

It is actually called the “rainbow undercut,” as explains Russian Instagram user Katichka. This unique hairdo was made by a St. Petersburg-based hairdresser Aliya Askarova. Katichka says that she likes this haircut because this way she can take a cat along with her wherever she goes.

This is the work of another Russian makeup artist 22-year-old Goar Avetisyan.  She is truly a master! But even though the results are impressive and the girls look very pretty, it’s just scary to think what you’ll see after this makeup wears off. Of course it is great when makeup can conceal some of the drawbacks but too much is too much.

Russian image designer Konstantin Bogomolov opened the Bogomolov Image School in Riga, Latvia where he helps women to create a whole new image, based on the profession and personality of each woman.
