Anllela Sagra is a Colombian born fitness model, trainer and bodybuilder who is also known for her fitness program sponsored by 1Up Nutrition. She was a fashion design student as well as fashion model when she was younger but soon discovered fitness. Many told her to quit working out because it would ruin her modeling career but she wouldn’t listen and didn’t mind to give it up and began competing in fitness competitions. During her very first competition she came in 3rd place.
