Driving with high beams on all the time is super annoying for other drivers. So, to drive this message home the Chinese police came up with a very interesting punishment.

Several days ago were announced winner entries of the 59th Annual World Press Photo Contest. As many as 82,951 photos were submitted for judging by 5,775 photographers from 128 different countries. We couldn't miss the opportunity to share these captivating images.
