In this selection of photos, you will see cenotes of Yucatan Peninsula. A cenote is a sinkhole with exposed rocky edges containing groundwater. In Mayan, this word stands for “well” to refer to any location where groundwater is accessible.
These pictures are simple spectacular! It makes you wanna go there right away. It is a real natural wonder.
These are animal eyes. It is easy to see which animal they belong to. Apart from the first one. I stared at it for 5 minutes and couldn’t guess. Maybe you will. Anyways, some of them are cute and others are really creepy.
These are some antique typewriting machines that can be a great house decoration, even for a modern styled home. I know I would like to have several of them. Especially the 3d and the 10th :)

Mallakhamb (“malla” stands for wrestler, “khamb” means pole) appeared as exercises for Indian wrestlers in 17th century. Sportsmen had to use a 2.6 m wood pole, and today this tradition is practiced by many gymnastics. On these photos you can see many Indians balancing on the pole and building human pyramids around it. What makes Mallakhamb the most unbelievable sport is that some of the guys who are fond of it are blind!
