This is a new form of a therapy called “Laughter Yoga”. It combines different physical exercises like jumping and dancing to help people to improve their mobility and communication. Such exercises were recently conducted for an orphanage center and Metro Manila city jail in Philippines. Indian police commandos also had a chance to exercise “Laughter Yoga”.
