No, we aren’t heading to a hooters bar, we are checking out a new game that is a combination of pool and bowling.
These are hilarious and unusual public restroom signs observed in different countries around the world.
The Dogon people of Mali can fish in the sacred Lake Antogo only once a year. On the appointed day, hundreds of fishermen grab baskets and fish in a hurry, clearing the entire lake in minutes. This is an interesting and unusual ritual.
Billy Monk used to work as a nightclub bouncer for Les Catacombs Club in Cape Town in 1967. He had another undercover job as he took pictures of the nightclub revelers to sell those photos to his subjects. Many of his prints will be exhibited in spring 2011 in Woodstock. But you don’t have to wait for another month, as you can see images of people partying many years ago after the jump.
While most babies are cute these babies are the exception. Most look like some very old people and are anything but cute. They really do have a face that only a mother could love.
These are some rockets that are flying across the Russian sky. They are beautiful as they cross the Russian night sky. It is actually amazing what man has accomplished in such a short time. They make for some incredible lights in the sky.

These are some very creative sofa designs. You can lie, lounge, rest, or sleep on them. They are much more original than a traditional sofa. They come in all different colors, textures, shapes, sizes, and materials.
These are some beautiful HDR photographs that were taken by photographer Jakub Kubica. As you probably already know, HDR photographs are real photographs that have been digitally enhanced. The results are nothing short of incredible.
It says a lot for our armed forces that preventative maintenance manuals in the army had to be written in comic book form. Feel Safe?
I don't think a tow boat will do much good for these boats stuck in the snow and ice. It's going to be the Spring Thaw before they're able to move!
Finally, someone has come up with a cool way to use those obsolete typewriter parts! It's a throwaway world, and recycling is important, and when you can make it into a work of art, that's even better. These sculptures are eerily lifelike!
You probably didn't know that there is an enormous sand dune near the Sea of Japan. It's nearly 16km long! It's like a desert, nothing but sand as far as you can see. People make a day of it and take a hike over the dunes, sometimes hopping and jumping from foot to foot as the sand gets really hot! A few adventerous people will bring their sand boards and surf the dunes. It's really quite pretty and vast. The beach is the final destination and it's really refreshing to cool off by swimming or surfing. The serenity of the beach makes the sandy trek well worth the effort.
Strange has never looked as good or hilarious as it does in these funny pictures. At first glance everything seems “normal” but a closer look reveals a far spookier adventure unfolding right before your eyes and once you spot it, you’ll have a toe curling chill running down your spine or a hearty belly laugh. Either way, you’ll feel like a true champ once you figure out what’s strange about each and every one of these pictures.
In Taiwan only the best of the best can enter the elite military. To be elite you must first pass a grueling test that pushes your endurance. You will have to endure rocks and coral in a 50 meter strip called the “Road to Heaven”. It is anything, but heaven. These inductees try to fight their way across it. They have to walk across and even crawl with hands behind their backs against the rocks and sharp coral. If you can make it down this road you can enter the elite unit of Taiwan’s army called the Sea Dragons. Just look at the faces of these recruits and the tears of happiness once they arrive at the end.

Everyone comes up with one good idea in their lifetime, and sometimes well they don't quite pan out. This list gives light to some of the funnier of these inventions.

This is an oldie of the day about anger management. But it’s so funny, that it’s worth your time. Are you ready? I’m coming over right now!
This is a Canadian National locomotive that is by a 4 stroke, V16, 4400 Hp, 183 liter diesel. Unfortunately, it had catastrophic engine failure. While the train was passing through Independence, Louisiana, the engine exploded and one of the 16 cylinder packs was thrown completely through the train. The failure was so violent that the cylinder fell through a nearby home’s roof and wound up in an interior wall.
Sometimes when you look at the picture you start seeing things you’ve never seen before. And once you see this you won’t be able to unsee it.
