Photograph Per-Anders Pettersson travelled on the Chinese part of the Silk Road. It was a 3200-kilometer journey from Xian to Kashgar that took 3 weeks by train, bus, plane, 4x4…
He did that experience to describe the life along the Silk Road in today’s China.

It’s really an amazing type of work.
If you are near the sculpture, it just looks like a pile of garbage, but if you are placed at the right angle and distance, then you see the masterpieces. It’s just amazing what you can do with garbage.

These Robin Hoods consist of 1 thousand heavily armed militants that fight with current oil companies to take what belongs to them. In this region people are far beyond of a poverty limit, they don’t have electricity, tap water or any roads. And the pollution of oil industry is so high that it is impossible to fish in the water. So, the villagers want their part of financial rewards from the oil industry. One should take into consideration that Nigeria has become Africa's biggest producer of petroleum and thanks to it, the country generates 90% of its wealth.

There are no words to describe all this, just very sorry for children whom even the state doesn’t care about.
Such images were obtained by combining thousands of pictures of smoke.
And the result is simply incredible. Such works can take your breath away, incomparable beauty. Look.
Talk about safety! I would definitely not put my children in the cargo area of a pickup.
At least, they put the kids in child safety seats…

Anthony Toth, 42, built a replica of a first-class cabin from a Pan Am World Airways 747 in his garage!
He has spent more than 20 years on his creation of a Pan Am cabin and he estimates he has spent around $50,000 on the project.
I think it’s pretty well done, but I would never spend $50k and 20 years of my life for that…

It has been called: possibly the saddest thing ever!
A guy found a rat stuck in the sidewalk. He says: "I was walking along and texting. Not really paying that much attention. Then something caught my eye. I thought I was about to step in dog shit, but quickly realized it was a rat stuck in the sidewalk. A big rat. It had tried to squeeze through a crack in the sidewalk and failed." That’s the story of the sad rat.
