This awesome ‘living’ poster was made in Frankfurt, Germany only for five days.
And it did great his job, it attracted a lot of people.
But don’t worry, no fish suffered during this ‘ad campaign’ ;) They where provided with oxygen and food and during noontime the water was cooled down with ice from the restaurant.
But after the promotion, I guess they were all eaten as they destined to be ;))
So many cameras just for a school! I wonder what they have in their prisons!!
On 8 July, the G8 summit was opened and the first and interesting pictures have emerged.
Look at the Russian president Dmitry Medvedev, it seems that he is very drunk (or maybe it's just a bad photo angle?)
Then, look at how Barack Obama ignored the handshake of Silvio Berlusconi (or perhaps he did not notice it, who knows).
Inside the post you will see the latest and most exclusive cruise ships.
The words are needless here, all the images speak for themselves.
Super extreme diving. They had to photograph the sharks as close as possible while they were eating, very close to their mouths.
I would never dare to try this, especially after seeing the last photos. What scary jaws and teeth got these beasts.
A very interesting and funny story happened to one person. The person ordered a picture in a nautical style to a quite “talented” painter in St. Petersburg. The client told his vision of the picture: the sea at sunset, a beautiful clipper etc.
He sent 3 photos to the painter with instructions: Take the photo # 1 for basis and details from photos 2 and 3.
He paid the painter in advance and the work began. The final result is after the jump.
The camera "Polaroid" which allowed to take instant photos and once was very popular, unfortunately, now is completely forgotten.
But there are thousands of photographs to commemorate this camera that has revolutionized the world of instant cameras so long ago. Let’s look at the photos and recall a golden age ;)
Here are some great pictures of aircraft carriers taking a turn. I can’t imagine how long and how difficult it must be to make a turn with such huge boats.
Punkin Chunkin is hurling a pumpkin by mechanical means over great heights and distances in an attempt to hurl the pumpkin the farthest. It started in 1986 in Millsboro.
The World Championship Punkin' Chunkin' is even held every year on the first weekend after Halloween in Sussex County, Delaware. Competing teams construct and fire a variety of pumpkin-launching devices, including catapults, trebuchets, centrifugal machines, and pneumatic cannons.
People spend big money to construct all these mechanical firing devices just for this one day in a year.
Would you like to take part in it? ;)
This selection of animals is not a usual one where animals are cute and so. Here are the freaks of nature, the mutant animals:))
But some are still funny )
What do you think, what is this room for and all these people are doing there? The answer is inside the post.
I gathered a small collection of prisoners who were executed for the past 2 decades.
Some of them claimed they were innocent and who knows…
And many of them asked for forgiveness.
You need a good amount of money to buy a swimming pool, but if there is not enough money (or you want to save), there is a simple solution to this.
And that is exactly what the father of a family did...
Normally, the car salons have big doors or gates for vehicles to pass.
But in this showroom it wasn’t planned and the gates were quite narrow.
But a team of technicians with simple tools and the usage of physical force have solved this problem. Take a look.
Heinz Zak is known for his highline walking without a pole thousands of feet up and demonstrates the perfect act of balance.
He gives an impression that he knows no fear. Looking at some pictures makes your head dizzy.
Over thirty couples all over the world attended the event and compete on a 235.5 metre long obstacle course who is the fastest to carry his wife around the course.
This 32-meter high sculpture of Audi was created by designer Gerry Judah for the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2009. The sculpture shows two Audis: one vintage and the modern one that fly up to the sky.
It is likely that the hotel Burj Al Arab has now a worthy opponent.
Mardan Palace is the most expensive hotel in Europe (the construction cost to its owners €1.4 billion) and it is situated in the popular Turkish resort town of Antalya.
The hotel has 560 rooms which cost from $ 475 up to $ 19, 000 (the most expensive rooms come along with private swimming pool, huge TV, concert grand piano and other stuff). And now take a look at the photos.
It's always a shame to see ruined cars, especially when it’s brand new ones. They will never be brought back to shape after that; the only thing left is the recycling. Inside the post you’ll see flooded cars from everywhere and the first set of pictures are Skoda cars flooded right after they were assembled in the plant.
And here you can watch burned cars and another post on the same topic with cars.
