Do you remember this picture from yesterday’s picdump?
Here is a right candidate for horror movies. I hope that it has no problems with its teeth in the long term ;)

A very interesting experiment with the use of various firearms.
Look, what will happen to the helmet when it is shot from a distance of 25 feet.

Another series of great creative works.

Thousands of people came at the B93's 17th-annual Birthday Bash country music concert at the Ionia Fairgrounds, Michigan.
It all started well, but later people had trouble to leave. A stretch of the Grand River rose Saturday, cutting off exits to parking area for thousands of people. They had to abandon their vehicles and take only the essential with them. They found shelter in a local school.

A woman turned over in her boat in the swirling water at the base of a dam. She couldn’t get out and rescue boats couldn’t come near enough to pull her out.
Who do you think came into her rescue?... An ordinary guy, a construction worker saw her and without thinking he and his crew made a rescue operation involving a crane. The worker hung on the chains that were attached to the crane and then he was lowered to the water by the crane and could grab the woman’s hand and pulled her out.
Hats off to the real hero!!!

The cars had sex in the middle of the road
Interesting, what will be "fruit of their love"?

You think it was photoshopped, not true or whatever! Well no, it’s only a matter of perspective :)

This advertising campaign is managed by the Brazilian media Sistema Jangadeiro that made these pictures with the slogan: It would be very easy to manipulate facts if it weren't for the media.
But in reality, it is precisely how the media distort the facts. I would say that it is rather advertising campaign fail ...
Look at the photos and their originals after the jump.

Here’s the third compilation of weird signs that people take on photos while they are on the road. I burst of laugh just seeing this one below.
Check out the others after the jump.

Inside the post you will see the ten best and ten worst cities of our planet, according to Mercer's 2009 Quality of Living survey.
Let's start with the best cities. So, the tenth place is going to Sydney, Australia.10. Sydney, Australia
Australia's largest city, with a population of nearly four and a half million, Sydney's beaches, beautiful harbour and cultural attractions - including the Sydney Opera House - are its big draws, although, according to Mercer, it is the world's 15th most expensive city.

In a Vienna zoo, two Austrian artists Christoph Steinbrenner and Rainer Dempf have made special installations designed to attract people's attention to environmental problems.
A very interesting idea and great installations called "Trouble in Paradise."
Will people finally make the right conclusions? )

News about the king of pop appear like mushrooms after the rain, whether they are important or not.
The latest is the announcement saying that the children of Michael Jackson and Deborah Rowe are not their biological children, none of the three! This is not really a surprise given the skin color of their children...

One might think that this is some kind a pension house or family type hostel. Well, not at all. Look inside the post.

Some are really great, but with the heat that is here, when I look at them, it makes me sweat...

Swamp football is a form of association football that is played in bogs or swamps. It is rather popular in the UK and Scandinavia and its popularity is growing rapidly in other parts of our planet.

Causes of the accident will be determined later, rescuers were working the whole day “in a still-collapsing garage”.

Silks are produced by several other insects, but only the silk of moth caterpillars has been used for textile manufacture.
Silk moths lay eggs on specially prepared paper. The eggs hatch and the caterpillars (silkworms) are fed fresh mulberry leaves. After about 35 days and 4 moltings, the caterpillars are 10,000 times heavier than when hatched, and are ready to begin spinning a cocoon. A straw frame is placed over the tray of caterpillars, and each caterpillar begins spinning a cocoon by moving its head. Two glands produce liquid silk and force it through openings in the head called spinnerets. Liquid silk is coated in sericin, a water-soluble protective gum, and solidifies on contact with the air. Within 2–3 days, the caterpillar spins about 1 mile of filament and is completely encased in a cocoon. The silk farmers then kill most caterpillars by heat (100 °C), leaving some to metamorphose into moths to breed the next generation of caterpillars.
