The eruptions of an undersea volcano occurred today off the coast of Tonga.
Scientists were able to approach very close to the volcano and make great shots.
It was a risky venture but it definitely worth it.

The four Spanish students from the IES La Bisbal school of Catalonia have sent a camera to the stratosphere at a distance of 20 miles above the earth to take beautiful photos you’ll see after the jump.
It may seem very simple: a $77 digital camera Nikon Coolpix, a $60 latex balloon filled with helium, a few calculations and hop, you have great photos without using super expensive NASA equipment.
In truth, it was more complicated than that. But the idea is good and moreover, it was successful.

"Robo Croc” the crocodile with metal plates and 41 screws in his head (4 pics)

A crocodile named Robo Croc had a reconstruction surgery last Tuesday at the Metrozoo in Miami. A car crushed his head the last year. Unable to move its jaw, the poor animal had not eaten for three months. The veterinarians decided to operate him and put two metal rods between his eyes, extending down to the bridge of his nose, and another on each side. 41 screws were drilled in his head to keep the skull and snout together. Let’s hope that he would be able to open his jaw to eat and therefore to survive.

I came across this bodybuilders’ site accidently.
Users put their photos before and after their training.
Some people are not recognizable at all. You will see it yourself.
I note that the time interval before complete body transformation takes only a few months to a year and a half.

The casting for the show "America's Next Top Model" in New York turned into a real nightmare. Thousands of girls came to that show hoping to become a model. This show is very popular in the United States.
An overheating car stopped just next to this crowd of girls and smoke started to come out of its hood. Two seconds after someone shouted: "There’s a bomb." This is how the chaos began. In all this stampede 6 girls were injured and taken to hospital.
