This is Russian city Norilsk. It is the northernmost city in Siberia and the world's second largest city above the Arctic Circle.
The extreme temperatures can go till -54°C. Therefore, it’s hard to see any homeless people there. When weathermen say that it will be warm, it means it will be -10°C. People have even known snow in June. And this is the bus in winter. It’s not this way all the time, but it can happen.
The winter was harsh, cold and snowy.

Edit: These are photos of the Canadian Pacific Railway, (CP) taken in the Province of British Columbia. The Tunnel in the photos is called the Mount MacDonald Tunnel. It is on the western side of Roger's Pass, in the Selkirk Mountains.
