In Japan, cat cafes have become very popular since 2004 when the first cat café was opened in Osaka. There you can sit with friends, drink coffee or tea and at the same time you will be surrounded by 20-30 cats.

There are rules to follow in such cafes: first, you need to remove your shoes and put on slippers. Then, when you enter the cafe, one of the employee will sprays your hands with disinfectant. It is forbidden to take photos with flash, to grab tails and to wake sleeping kittens.

It helps a lot to bring some treats with you to lure cats come around you, but when the treat is gone, they will be too.

This is Beemer, a pet kangaroo who lives in Australia. His best friend is a cat, loves playing football and eats toast with salad. He is a rather large pet but his owners don’t seem to mind. I wonder if he gives boxing lessons in his spare time.

This mother cat has adopted this baby squirrel. The squirrel had fallen out of a tree and the woman of the house tried to feed it with an eyedropper. When that didn’t work, she remembered that she had a cat who was nursing some kittens. She placed the squirrel with the mother cat and the cat began nursing the baby squirrel. Mother cat and squirrel have been doing fine every since.

This is probably the angriest cat I have ever seen. He knows how to look scary and unfriendly.

I have no idea if this is fake or not, but one woman from Georgia reported that her cat delivered a kitten that looks like a puppy. Of course, this is naturally impossible. Maybe this little kitten has mutated? Judge for yourself.
