I cornered him, and chased him on foot eventually losing him over a barbed wire fence.” Due to this mans bravery and vigilance they were able to prevent the driver from getting away and there is now a warrant out for his arrest.

When you're driving not only your lives are at risk, but other lives too. You should never forget that.
