This is clearly from Russia, can't you hear what language they are speaking?
Secondly, what do you want them to do? stop and block a main road, get out, do a celebration dance. Go scream at the truck who didn't stop?

What's wrong with you? They did all they could. The road is clearly icy and when that car driver pushed brake down it took time until the car stopped. If he had started to reverse, that truck would have probably hit them, because it was going from side to side. Open your eyes...
