Man, guy should just let them call the police, go to court against them, and THEN present the evidence.

I saw another instance where this guy at a crosswalk threw himself on the hood of a car and slid off. The driver told him he recorded the whole scene on his dash cam. The guy got up and walked off.

I raelly like Johnny Damon but he shot himself in the foot regardless of how this comes out ..The Yankees did not.
