I agree. I witnessed an accident yesterday and all of those within a 300 feet, promptly parked safely, jumped out and made sure everyone was okay.

As far as a slow crash, my step Dad and I witnessed a guy run his car up on a brick mailbox and in slow motion it just flipped over. There wasn't even a scratch on the car or anything broken. It was so weird.

The front bumper of the chase car deformed, as did the rear bumper of the lead car. The tyres connected and gripped, and their combined motion is what caused the flip.
